Ukulele Ensemble for Adults: beginning to intermediate level (6 weeks) 60 min./class $175 special rate
Tuesdays 7:00-8:00 pm & Thursdays 3:30-4:30pm
In this group we will learn basic chords, melodies, harmonies, strumming patterns and plenty of songs to be played together as a group. Singing is encouraged, but, not required. Call now to reserve a spot!

Songwriting Group: beginning to advanced level (12 weeks) 75 min./class $425
Wednesdays 3-4:15pm starting 1/25/2012
This group will study the mechanics and mystery of songwriting. Song forms, lyrical perspectives, co-writing, journalling, rhyme schemes, melody, and many other approaches will surface in this 12 week series.
Classic Rock Guitar Ensemble: intermediate level (12 weeks) 75 min./class $425
This group will focus on classic rock guitar riffs, chord progressions and songs of the '60's and '70's.
Listening, etiquette, pitch, tempo and feel will be continous themes. This class is perfect for those wanting to rekindle the fire of guitar or those who have a reverence for the classics of rock.
Guitar and Vocals: advanced level (4 weeks) 75 min./class $145
This is a new offering designed for those who play guitar and sing professionally. Proper breathing, posture, balance and movement will be explored as it relates to delivering both guitar and vocals at the most proficient level possible. Vocal warmups, stretching, exercises and kinesthetic awareness will be among the continuous themes.
GeARAGE ™: beginning to intermediate level 75 min./class 1 class per month $30 per class
This is another new class for 2012. Many students have requested a class that focuses on the basics of understanding and operating guitar, bass, amps and effects. Detailed explanations, hands on experimentation and special guests will help each student gain knowledge and confidence in getting the most out of their musical equipment. There will be a class size limit of 10 students for the GeARAGE ™.
Music Theory for the Working Musician: intermediate to advanced level (12 weeks) 75 min./class $350
This class is designed for the working musician who has gotten by on playing by ear and feel without learning the basic systems, terminology, and concepts of music theory. Learning major scales, harmonizing them, music terms, modes, chords, intervals and more will be uncovered and delivered in a way that will be easy to apply and will enhance the playing and employability of working musicians.
